Administrative assistance

DoneHarbor provides administrative support for contractor prequalification and vendor onboarding. We are not a general contractor, insurer, accountant, attorney, or government agency.

No approval guarantee

We do not guarantee qualification, approval, contract awards, project eligibility, or acceptance by any GC, owner, portal, or third party.

Accuracy and authorization

You are responsible for the truth and accuracy of company information and for approving sensitive declarations. We do not fabricate qualifications or supporting records.

Submission control

During the pilot service, the customer retains control of final certification and submission unless a separate authorized arrangement is expressly agreed.
